They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible.

From the initial phone conversation to the job was a great experience. It took at most 30 minutes from the time technician called and arrived to my location. Danny (the technician) was very kind and the work he did was quality. From the time he started addressing the problem to finish was about 20 min. (Made 2 new keys + the work) I definitely would recommend this company, they are professional, courteous, respectful of time, and quick! Thanks Dibs Safe & Lock Services.

They are simply the best! Service was fast and they were all super friendly. I came in to get a new car key remote programmed and they were able to assist pretty quickly. I am so happy I came here since their prices are pretty affordable as well.
