Best locksmith in Springfield. Very reasonably priced great customer service and I even tip them in cash because I feel like they should be charging more. I think a lot of people don’t realize the expertise it takes and doing their job and their prices are exceptional. Good people doing good work should be financially rewarded for a trade skill.

I've only needed Harper Lock and Key on a couple of occasions, but I've been treated very well every time I've been there. Friendly service, good prices, and a very cozy kitty.

Truly the best place to get keys made and if your looking at security at your home or business they will give you the best course of action to take. I don't work for them just feel that they are great at what they do.
