I’ve been living in my apartment for a while now, and I’m very comfortable here! The location is perfect for me, close to everything I need. I feel very safe here, which is a top priority for me. The price is reasonable, especially considering the quick and efficient maintenance team. Any issues I’ve had are addressed almost immediately, which is a huge relief. The amenities are great too! I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and secure place to call home!.

Moving in was smooth and hassle-free thanks to Diane at the front office — she was so friendly and helpful throughout the process. The apartment itself is spacious and well-kept. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

My wife and I have lived here for a couple of years now. We love how quiet it is. Our neighbors are all friendly. Jeff & Diane have been easy to work with. We have just renewed for our third year. We liked it so well, two of our grown children have moved into different buildings.

Honestly a beautiful quiet place with nature around. Couldn’t ask for a better stay. Cozy and had everything I needed. If you are looking for something that feels like home and a community to feel comfortable around, it’s chesterfield village apartments.

Pretty nice place to live and it has almost everything you need, including washer dryer hookups and 2 bedroom 2 bath. Would definitely recommend!.

I've delivered many times to this complex and it's always so nicely kept and easy to find the units. That's a huge plus!.

My daughter & I moved into The Columns 3 years ago and have loved it. The staff is welcoming & always helpful. Maintenance is always prompt. All of the amenities are nice to have available: pools, dog park, gym, arcade/game room, so many other fun outdoor activities. Staff is always friendly, and anytime you need anything they are quick to help/respond. Erica is the manager and has always been very responsive & helpful anytime I’ve needed anything. In the 3 years that we have been here, we have always felt safe. I’ve never experienced any issues concerning safety. Also, very conveniently located. Anything you need/want is close by. But you also are tucked back in here to where it doesn’t feel like you’re so “in the middle” of Springfield. I have lived in small towns my whole life so I really appreciate this feeling. Highly recommend living at The Columns.

Erica is the sweetest! She helped me a lot dealing with the apartment after my roommate died! The support and assistance that she gives in situations is fantastic! You can tell she really enjoys her job and that she makes sure that the office is a safe space when you need something! If I could give a bigger rating I would but sadly it only goes to 5 stars. The team is very nice and I’m so glad I chose the columns to stay at I don’t know what I would do without the staff. They have really helped me a lot and it just means so much to me on how much support they give, how loving and nice they are. It’s just so wonderful words can’t even express of how thankful I am for them.

We’ve been beyond pleased with our move in experience at The Columns. Rachel has been phenomenal with getting us everything we need, and when needed for move in. The apartment was clean and ready to move in with the first shower pressure feeling luxurious! Thank you Rachel and team for your time, support, and the seamless move in experience!.
