We recently purchased new bedroom furniture and had a few issues. The main problem was some shipping damage on part of the bed. The Bedroom Expressions management team sent out Finishing Touch furniture repair to correct the issues we had. Dominic from Finishing Touch was on time and extremely professional. He repaired the issues perfectly and even helped me reassemble the bed. I appreciated the prompt actions taken by the Bedroom Expressions management team to get Finishing Touch to our house to repair our furniture better than new. Finishing Touch gets 5+ stars in my book.

Diana went over and above awesome customer support and service. Our cat stepped on the remote to our adjustable king bed frame Saturday morning. My husband and I tried to no avail to lower the frame but only his side was functioning, mine was locked in the upright position. We had purchased our bedroom set years ago and the store no longer carried that brand, however Diana one of their managers that did not even normally work at that store came to our house herself and helped us flip the base on its side and quickly located the problem, a loose cable losing contract with the electrical connection and secured the cable and helped us lower our mattress. Thank you so much.

I recently visited, and I was blown away by the experience! Bryan Perkins was incredibly helpful and attentive. I misplaced my phone while I was there, and Bryan went out of his way to help me find it. His kindness and dedication really stood out to me. The store itself is well-organized, and the staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent customer service. Five stars.

Macy is so awesome and helpful. She really understood what we were looking for and gave us great information! She also let us process the information and I really liked how she just periodically would check back in but in the literally perfect way where you know someone is there to help but not pushing you to make a choice. I’m so thankful that I got my living room decorated with her help! Also thank you to Teresa and the other folks there. They were all so kind and warm hearted. I was with my kids and they were so kind to them. Thank you Slumberland.

We bought a sectional here that will be delivered next week. Jamie is who took care of us. He was amazing to work with and very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had and was extremely patient because we were pretty unsure of what we wanted going in. Any furniture we buy in the future will be through him at slumberland. Would definitely recommend asking for him when you go in.
