The locksmith technician was on time and very efficient. We had difficulty opening our front door and had to push or even kick it open. I thought it might be an expensive fix, but David adjusted the striker plate and cut some new keys for us on the spot. My spouse and I are relieved and the cost was very reasonable. They've been our go to lock shop for years. Always helpful and friendly, and their work is first class. Parking is a challenge - in fact, they bring business to Trader Joe's across the street because TJ's parking lot is the only place to park, but totally worth it.

I had gotten a bad (and expensive!) car key made at another key shop. I took it to Rex, and they worked hard to help me get it working. I will definitely be coming to Rex first next time!
