Even though he does not perform the type of services I needed, he still came by my place and found my clean out pipe and referred a plumber that could fix it for me. Trust the reviews. Roy installed a new hot water heater and recirculation line for us yesterday. In order to determine what might be a fair and reasonable cost for service/work provided, we contacted Roy and he gave us a quote over the phone. Honest, personable and professional. He took the time to show me how to shut off the main water valve, should that ever be an issue. I won’t hesitate to call Roy for future plumbing needs and will continue to recommend him to others.
