Nathan inspected a home that I was in the process of buying. I was asked to show up towards the end of the 3-hr inspection period. When I did, Nathan was ready with a full report that he displayed on his computer. He was quite meticulous and very detailed in his inspection report. He gave me an overview of everything that he found in the house, with corresponding pictures that helped me visualize the report. He also voiced over appropriate recommendations for repairs along the way. I must have asked multiple basic questions but Nathan was professional and patient, taking the time to address my queries. We finished at the expected time and as promised, I received a digital copy of the report by the time I got home. I am very pleased with the work that Nathan did and his report gave me peace of mind and confidence to proceed forward with the home purchase.

Nathan did a Great job! We took a risk selecting an inspector from google reviews but we are so happy with the results. He is very detailed and took the time to discuss the items with my client and myself. To put it in perspective- when he scheduled his inspection day/time the listing agent sent me a text to say my clients would be so happy with the service! When an inspector is getting kudos from both sides of the transaction- you know you're doing something right!

Great experience. We contacted Rodger with less than a weeks notice for an inspection on our new construction home. He got back to me right away and got us scheduled no problem. Was professional, prompt and made the experience very seamless. We received a thorough report same day with details and pictures of his findings. Would recommend and will be contacting for our 11 month inspection.

Rodger was prompt, professional and very courteous. He took the time to thoroughly explain the inspection results and provided visual references as we walked throughout the property. He was very pleasant and friendly and I appreciated that he engaged my curiously excited 10 year old. I definitely recommend working with Rodger. Also, his price was lower than 4 other home inspectors I had previously contacted a few months prior. Should I have to go through this process again any time soon, Rodger will be whom I call upon!

Rodger is great! He performed a home inspection on our new build in Plano. When we arrived, he was well into the inspection and looked as if he had been working hard. He left no corner or edge unexamined inside or out. He took time to explain some features of our house to us as well as point out the minor issues he saw. He was of course super familiar with building code and provided us a detailed report the same day! Our realtor recommended Rodger and I would recommend him to anyone else looking for a home inspector.
