Fantastic customer service and integrity. I highly recommend them. After a heavy rainfall I had a leak coming from the ceiling. I called several roofers but nobody could come out for a few days. I came across 3-R Roofing and they answered right away and Hugo was at my house 20 minutes later. He inspected the roof and said it was in great shape (its only 5 years old. I would have been shocked to hear otherwise). Some vents were missing caulking and that was causing the leak. He said it was a quick fix and did it for no charge. I offered to pay a minimum hour labor charge and he insisted on doing it free of charge. He showed me videos and pictures of the roof, the issue and the repair. Explained everything in great detail. Also, I was under the impression my patio roof needed replacing so I asked him to provide me a quote for that. He provided me a very fair price but told me I could get another 4 to 5 years out of it before replacing. Also showed me a simple flashing repair. Go with these guys. I've worked with a lot of contractors and this is a company you want working on your house.

Found Hugo from 3-R roofing online after finding a leak in our ceiling the night before. Gave him a call and got a quick response. He came by the same day at the time that was convenient for me. He checked out the attic and went on the roof to assess the damage. He is very thorough he took lots of pictures and was very knowledgeable. He discussed issues and suggested recommendations before doing anything. Super friendly. We’ll definitely use him again.

I was really lucky to find 3-R. The reviews are true, they are the best roofers in Dallas. The best price, the highest quality, and great communication throughout. They even came back to clean up something they missed. Very highly recommend them.

Oh my goodness, I am beyond impressed with this company’s customer service! After a massive tree fell during a storm and clipped the corner of our house, I reached out to Morales Roofers. I spoke directly with the owner, and to my relief, they were able to come out the same day to inspect the roof for any damage. Thankfully, the damage was minimal and limited to an outside wall. By the end of the day, they sent a crew to tarp the area to protect it from the rain expected in the coming days. I was especially impressed with their thorough roof inspection and the detailed documentation they provided of their findings. Great experience from start to finish! Rafa was out the very next day! He was very professional, friendly, and did an amazing job. Our air dryer vent cover came off. We were just expecting for him to put it back on, but instead replaced with a new and better cover AND even went above and beyond to replace our rusty nails. Highly recommend Morales Roofers.
