I discovered a water leak from the inside wall of a bathroom sink. Having used Art Douglas plumbing for previous plumbing situations, I called them on an early afternoon and was pleasantly surprised that a plumber would be at our residence within a couple hours. Robert showed up, assessed the situation, turned off the water supply, then went to get the replacements needed. He came back within the hour and did the repair. I highly recommend Art Douglas Plumbing for any plumbing/HVAC services. Kudos to Robert for his explanation of what needed to be done, the cost, and repairing our issue.

Sam the plumber arrived earlier than expected, which was great, came to the door and put booties before entering.He was very professional, polite, courteous, inspected the plumbing situation, and all that needed to be done. He then gave me a detailed estimate of the cost. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with homeowners as I am a contractor myself….. thank you Art Douglas for great your service!

Brad Watkins diagnosed my water heater problem and provided me with clear information with my options without pressure. After decided to replace with a new water heater, he efficiently completed the installation so that I was able make an appointment by 3:00pm. Overall, Brad provided excellent customer service and quality.
