Ballard Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

The Ballard techs that came out to my parent’s house were awesome! They were honest and hard working. Not only did they start fixing the plumbing in bad weather, but even when it began to hail they continued until the job was complete. They could have easily quit until the next day, but they made sure my parents had functioning bathrooms and drainage before they left. We could not have been more grateful for their commitment to the job and kindness. They were a blessing, for sure!

Was having issues with my furnace and they came out to check and give me an annual service. Tech Daniel was so kind and efficient! When I called, Michelle was amazing as well. Excellent customer service. Looking forward to working with Ballard to keep my home and family safe and comfortable. This company cares about you and your family and they are willing to make sure you know you have options and not make you feel overwhelmed. Very pleased that I picked them and had a wonderful experience.

Jose was very courteous and knew his job very well. He was able to explain clearly all that he did and what needed to be done. He was professional and quick in whatever he was supposed to do. I would highly recommend Ballard to anyone.. I would also recommend that if possible Ballard give a referral bonus to anyone referred to the company. Thank you and keep it up.
