Jose and David were prompt in arriving to our scheduled appointment. They introduced themselves, provided a business card and conducted themselves in both a professional and friendly manner. They were clear in their assessment of my plumbing issue (water heater) and provided options for rectifying the problem. Once the choice was made, they worked well together in completing the job efficiently. I would highly recommend them and Mr. Rooter to anyone in need of professional plumbing services.
