Great service. We had Pablo and Chad out for two separate visits. Both related to a malfunctioning toilet, but on the first visit they were very honest and said most likely the issue was with the toilet. Gave us the option to purchase a toilet through them, or purchase a toilet on our own. I did a lot of research and purchased my own toilet and called Barcena to install the toilet, which they were able to do within three hours of my call and did a spectacular job. They cleaned and swept after the job. It was so professional the entire time for example they came in wearing shoe covers as to not disturb our floors. We love our new guy functioning toilet. Really fair pricing that is clearly shown on a live invoice on the spot. They also waived the service call fee s as it was related to our first call to them! Great experience all around.

We had a supply line leak upstairs causing damage to the downstairs ceiling. Barcena Plumbing responded quickly to my online request for assistance. The tech arrived as scheduled, located the source and completed the repair in under an hour for a very reasonable price. Very happy with their up-front pricing estimate and the quality of their work.

Ken was right on time. He was friendly and professional. He replaced our gabage disposal. I was very satisfied with his quality of work and cleanliness.
