He came over and took his time explaining our options, and we both liked him very much. Wendy in the virtual office is great- personality, sense of humor, and easy-going. Installer was really good and took his time. Door is beautiful and changed the entire exterior of our home. Couldn't be happier. Prices are fair, and I calculated that with Home Depot i woulld have been payiing quite a bit more overall. Def use this company.
I Highly recommend this company. They sold us a great door, at a very fair price. I thought for sure I needed a new opener, but they took some extra time and got it working perfect and somehow silent. While my door was on order, Brent the owner took a few minutes and at no charge temporarily fixed our old door so we could get in and out of garage while we waited. Very impressive Garage Door Guys!
They repaired some older, non-standard door hinges that other companies would not even bother with, and they did so at a fair price. Brent was very friendly, and he did a fine job.

Excellent arrived on time diagnosed the problem and recommended a replacement (I had over 13 yrs. on the old one). I was amazed by the new technology available on the new garage door openers. Bo the technician did an outstanding installation in 2 hours. His work was professional and a very clean install. LiftMaster 8550WLB very quiet and easy to program also works on your phone and can have Amazon packages securely delivered inside garage to stop porch pirates. I definitely recommend Alliance Overhead Door a professional company that puts customer service and satisfaction first.
It's been a few weeks since Brad from Alliance Overhead Door upgraded and installed a new garage door for us. I wanted to take out time to write a review for this company. It's not very often I write reviews. About 5 years ago I called Brad when my old garage door was in need of repair. He responded and came out right away to help.Though he fixed our old garage door we recently decided to upgrade our entire system, including a new door. Obviously we called Brad, because in my opinion, he is simply the best in the business. He works very fast and takes great pride in his work.
What can I say Brad and Bo did an amazing job. Brad explain to me all the pros and cons of each door option ,even though I had an older garage door setup he made everything work beautifully. I highly recommend them , they are very detail and quick installers and i would not choose anyone else.
