We first selected NexGen to replace our 12 year old A/c unit. Since then we always have a spring and fall check up by NexGen. Every person with whom we have had contact has done a terrific job servicing our equipment. They are always meticulous, very knowledgeable about our a/c and heating systems. The technicians are always personable, engaging and explaining what they have done, and what needs to be done to maintain our systems in peak condition.
