Had a broken pipe, Highsmith and Daughters plumbing helped me through the process. Everyone I spoke to on the phone or in person was polite and professional. I am happy with their work, it was spot on. I will continue to use the folks in the future for my plumbing needs.

There’s a reason why they have 5-star reviews all across. They came next day to solve my non-emergency clogged kitchen sink issue. The technician Cole was very professional and even called to let me know he was on his way. I asked if he can remove his shoes before entering and he had booties ready to use. They emailed me an invoice and provided a summary of the problems found along with the completed work. I will only be calling Highsmith for my future plumbing issues.

TJ was great. He arrived promptly at the beginning of the window that was setup for my appt. Working with the whole team, from initial messages to quote, setup an appt (for next day services!) and arrival and fix of our issue went smoothly. So helpful! I called and left a message before they opened, received a call back as soon as they opened and within 45 minutes there was a technician at my house. Ken was knowledgeable and explained the situation so I could understand it, someone knowing nothing about plumbing. He had all the tools needed and got the problem corrected and cleaned up beautifully!! All before my cleaners showed up! Thank you!!!

WOW! Super impressed from start to finish. Great customer service. Quick appointment time. The team that came to my house was prompt, efficient and diagnosed my issue quickly. They walked me through every step of the process and explained everything to me. The price was right and very fair. Followed up with pictures, video and invoice after the appointment. Loved that they are local. Would highly recommend! Thanks again guys!

Pablo and his team took such great take care of my parents for a gas line replacement in Porter Ranch. All the workers were on time, professional, and super nice. Pablo was a gentleman and priced the job fairly. Barcena plumbing is highly recommended, and we’d use them again.

I woke up this morning to no hot water. I tried lighting the pilot to the water heater, but didn't work. I called Nick at Simi Emergency Plumbing. He took all the information about our hot water heater and scheduled a visit that day. He arrived within the window promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part due to his due diligence on our call. Unfortunately, the part was defective. He left, got another part and installed it. Communication throughout the process was good. Nick was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Good plumbers are hard to find. We will definitely use him for our future needs. I should mention that he did good work for our daughter's boyfriend. When her hot water failed, he did the work. Because of his good work, we referred a friend in Thousand Oaks who was also happy with his work. Highly recommended.

Simi Valley Emergency Plumbing was referred to me by a neighbor. Nick was fantastic. He took care of several different plumbing issues for us. He was on time, his pricing was very reasonable, but most important we found him to be very professional. I would highly recommend Nick's Plumbing business to anyone.

Nick came to our rescue! I called him on a Sunday at 7:30 am, and by noon, I had hot water. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend!
