Nate showed upon time, he was in a clean work outfit, he had excellent conversation skills, he was also a great listener. He answered all my questions, he was very patient and he wanted to understand all my concerns, he made sure I got a discount for being a senior/military. He made left no mess behind. He asked if I was satisfied with his service. This company is fortunate to have such a dedicated and professional employee. I am very pleased with his repair.

Josh and Mike from Rooter Hero were so great! Came by, assessed the situation-a gnarly kitchen sink drain that needed some heavy lifting to get though-fixed it up, cleaned up. And explained every step of the process. They were able to give me a breakdown of all the options that I had and what was going on, and I really appreciated their friendliness and willingness to make it as painless a process as possible. He was awesome, very friendly and took the time out to explain all the issues he noticed in detail, as well as the probable outcomes of the repair plan we chose. I woke up this morning to no hot water. I tried lighting the pilot to the water heater, but didn't work. I called Nick at Simi Emergency Plumbing. He took all the information about our hot water heater and scheduled a visit that day. He arrived within the window promised and diagnosed the problem quickly. He had the part due to his due diligence on our call. Unfortunately, the part was defective. He left, got another part and installed it. Communication throughout the process was good. Nick was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Good plumbers are hard to find. We will definitely use him for our future needs. I should mention that he did good work for our daughter's boyfriend. When her hot water failed, he did the work. Because of his good work, we referred a friend in Thousand Oaks who was also happy with his work. Highly recommended.
