I only wish I could give Cory and Ben Franklin Plumbing more than 5***** Cory was the first person I met from BFP. He is very professional with the highest level of integrity. The work that I needed done seemed simple at first. It wasn’t. Cory took the time to show and explain the issue with my plumbing. The test of a professional is when things, by no fault of his, go completely wrong. Cory went ‘above and beyond’ to ensure I understood what I needed (and what I didn’t need!) and he ensured complete satisfaction. Knowledgeable, friendly, and integrity. After years of searching, I no longer worry about finding a trustworthy plumber. I found them, thanks to Cory.

I've used Ben Franklin several times now, and I've always been satisfied with the service. Recently, I had to have my damaged drain line replaced, which involved excavation and significant concrete removal. Cory Greenwood set it all up and managed the work, and Justin Kerr did the plumbing. They did a great job of keeping me informed and getting the work done quickly. Quick response, easy to schedule, and the area was clean after the work was done.

We've used Ben Franklin 3 times now and we are very happy with their service. This last visit Joseph Ramon came out. He was great. He is the kind of young, polite, respectful, and talented person you want to let in your home. This was warranty work that was done without question or hesitation.
