We bought a house in McKinney and one of the water heaters busted on our second day in the house. Genzel Plumbing came in and replaced all 4. 5 months later we had a master bathroom remodel and they did extensive work on our free standing tub and floor mounted faucet. They are the best plumbers we have ever worked with. Always on time, do great job, very respectful and know exactly how to solve the problem. If we could give 100 starts we would. Amazing company!

I was working on changing out a shower cartridge myself but I couldn’t get it removed. I called Genzel Plumbing and Rocky came out the next morning. Rocky was very professional and knowledgable and got the old cartridge out and the new one installed. The pricing was very reasonable as well. Great overall experience!

This was my first time using Genzel plumbing and they were absolutely fantastic! I called for same day service and they arrived within 1 hour. Dakota and Parker went above and beyond to fix my toilet and shower issues and I will be using them again in the future. Happy customer!!!
