After calling around and either getting a date too far in the future or not receiving a call back at all, I was pleased when Bizzy Bee was able to come out the same day to resolve my issues with my outdoor faucet (which was gushing water). In addition to replacing the old faucet, Bizzy weatherized the faucet to prevent future issues. Caleb performed the work professionally, quickly, and at a very reasonable cost. Also, not that this mattered a ton to me, the new faucet looks far better than the previous one. Highly recommend their services. More than a painless experience, it was a pleasant one. Will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs.

We called at least 8 plumbers to fix a leaky seal on our fancy German toilet. Bizzy Bee was the only one that even knew the brand. We were able to get an appointment the next day. They sent Cindy out and she was 90 minutes early! Great communication about the timeline and every step of the process. Cindy was courteous, thorough, careful, and professional. She gave a flat rate quote that was exactly what we paid. Highly recommend this business and will definitely use them again!

Ours was a bad toilet flange that had cracked under pressure of tree roots surrounding the drain pipe. Cindy took out the old flange, cemented around the drain pipe, installed a new flange and had the toilet back together and caulked around its base in less than 2.5 hours. Excellent work!
