This is a great company to work with if you experience issues with your water heater! They are super responsive and very customer focused. The technician who came to our house, Scott, was really professional and super cool. He took time to fully explain the work/repairs he had to make and was very thorough in his work. We are very happy with the repairs and we're back online with hot water which means my wife is happy again.

I am so grateful and pleased with this company, and I would definitely use them again! I called late yesterday morning and Scott was at my house before 2 pm! He was absolutely amazing, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and so fast. I had 2 leaky supply lines to my water heater that needed to be replaced! Scott had all the needed supplies with him, so the job was taken care of within minutes literally. Thanks a million.
