Len the Plumber

I unexpectedly had a leaking toilet. Discovered that Len the Plumber was a 24/7 business. They came within 2 hours of my call and gave me great service. To start with they presented me with many options for the repair based on my needs and budget. There was no pressure, but they presented all options and emailed them immediately to me while we were discussing them. I had everything in writing that prevented no misunderstandings. Some options came with warranties and others did not. Again, everything was thoroughly explained to me. My service engineer was Sylvester McDowney. He was swift to make the repair that I chose because he had the parts on his truck. He was neat, organized, timely, professional and understanding and respectful of my needs. No plumber is cheap these days but the honesty and professionalism makes the difference. Highly recommend Len the Plumber.

We just had a major emergency with our water system. Len the Plumber sent a excellent and experienced person out early in the morning. He impressed us with his knowledge of our system, and he diagnosed the issues almost immediately. He then explained everything, including our possible fixes, in easy to understand terms. It was a complex job entailing several large tanks and associated electrical switches. Nonetheless he achieved a solution by the afternoon - going and getting the needed parts himself and bringing others to help when the job required it. The cost was very reasonable. Also, the person installed the new equipment in a way that minimizes the effect of any future leak - which should not be for decades. This was the first time we used Len the Plumber and we were very impressed. They made us loyal customers and we will call them whenever we need help again.

Mike Leach was my technician from Len the Plumber. He has been phenomenal throughout our water heater replacement process. He even managed to remove our 50 gallon tank, replace it with a 75 gallon tank and put in all new copper pipes and an expansion tank in only 2 hours, which barely inconvenienced our family! He is awesome! Will be recommending Len the Plumber to everyone from now on.
