Richard was excellent. He was knowledgeable and took care of our issue promptly. He left the space clean. I would hire him again because he was patient in answering all my questions and he had a great attitude. He was patient in communicating with my elderly mother in Spanish too. And he provided us extra recommendations to save us money. Really, he made this huge job a piece of cake when it could have been very stressful. Gold star, Richard!

Call the company and they sent one of the repairmen out and within minutes, discovered my water heater had to be replaced. He replaced the unit within a couple of hours, and I had hot water in no time. The repairman was very pleasant, and I could tell, very experienced. I'd recommend the company to any of my friends and associates.
