Neerings Plumbing & Heating

I have been a customer of Neerings Plumbing, Heating (and electical) for many years. Both their service and technicians are exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and complete. Their annual service plan which includes two inspections during the year is a great value. For example, last fall our technician, Ryan, recommended upgrades to our radiant heating systems for both our home and driveway and in turn, both have significantly impoved this winter. Their customer service staff and manager (Amanda) are always friendly, informative and helpful in response to phone calls and service scheduling. I highly recommend Neerings!

The Neerings guys were great! We had a gas leak (if you even think you smell gas, call Dominion - they are super responsive). Santana came on an emergency call that night and isolated the problem. He and Shane came the next day (and part of the next) and got it all settled. The company, from the phone reception to the guys were all super friendly, responsive, and professional. We’ve had some follow on work as well on our boiler that has also been great. The technicians all communicated well what was going on, options to fix it, and got the work done. Thanks guys!

Josh was able to come out after hours, explain everything clearly, and got our heat running warm again. We did have to pay an after hours dispatch fee but it was cold and I needed someone to come same day. Very appreciative of the work Josh did
