Corey came & was very helpful. He checked everything & was very diligent. He was very respectful, professional, answered our questions & really took the time to ensure our plumbing issue is fixed. He came in the morning, was thorough, discovered the issues & tried to fix it. Because we had to buy a new sink, he went to his other customer appointments, BUT he still came back as I requested in the evening to install & complete the work. Thank you Corey for the great customer service! I highly recommend him & the company!

The technician came out the same day we called them. He gave me a price on new sump pump which was way more then what we thought it would be but he said he'd look into a cheaper one and he came through for us the next day. The job is done and I'll definitely use Shawn Goodwin and Option One Plumbing again. VERY GOOD SERVICE!

Awesome company! Honest and reliable. Very good at their work. Called in needing my toilet fixed it was leaking from the bottom after trying to repair wax ring myself. Abner and Micheal were awesome and got the job done in a reasonable time and very fair pricing compared to other plumbing company’s definitely recommend .
