Hailey was professional and efficient in scheduling my water heater replacement, answered all my questions and provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. Luke and Daegan arrived promptly and were both friendly and courteous. They worked cleanly and efficiently, took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer any questions I had. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. I recently googled and called Paluska Plumbing to install a new hot water heater, and I hit the jackpot! This business is very professional and top shelf quality minded. Everyone from the phone call to installation was informative, simple and at a very good price (with no added fees, etc.) The guys even capped a couple extra water lines I had cut from a shower I removed for no extra cost. We have used them twice now based on their reviews I saw on google. It has been hard to find a reliable plumber for some reason and they have gotten the job done twice now for us. Fair pricing and great customer service. He was able to come out in the matter of a couple days for a non emergency call. Ethan was our plumber both times and he did a great job! Highly recommend! They will be the only ones we will use from now on.
