This company was recommended to me so I gave them a call. Very responsive. Upon arrival I described what was occurring & Casey knew right away what was needed. Casey was quick, efficient, very knowledgeable and courteous. They worked clean and only took a matter of mins and all was resolved. Casey walked through and showed me the entire procedure to ensure I understood what he did. Pricing is reasonable. I discussed a future project with Casey that he stated can be done as well. Tim arrived right on time. He assessed my issue and quickly had it resolved without having to pull my garbage disposal. He explained what was needed before starting and gave me an informative recap when he was done. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. I will definitely be using Plumb Crazy in the future.
