Peter Skubera - I made sure to get his full name - was awesome. He waited for me to get home from work 10 minutes late, diagnosed my issue in about 5 minutes, ran to Lowes and got me a new faucet, came back and installed it, and took away the old one. How long to do all this? Less than an hour. Friendly as can be too..

I had a clogged drain which was causing my toilet to leak. I took a chance and called Roto-Rooter of Newark and was pleasantly surprised that they would send a technician out within an hour! I was happy when the two plumbers arrived within the time frame the dispatcher had estimated. They were both very courteous and professional. They had the problem fixed in about an hour and were even very generous in offering advice on how to do some monthly maintenance on my own. The plumber did a great.

Roto-Rooter helped unclog my father's toilets late one weekend. They came out at any hour needed, and Cristian P was very knowledgeable & did a great job. He was prompt and efficient. Great guy! Would recommend.
