I called I had a few questions about the unit and she answered all of them She was extremely helpful very engaged in the questions I was having .she even took the time to explain every question I asked in detail. She is an excellent asset to your company.

So far so good! Both Dorian and Christian were extremely helpful. I needed a unit for only a month and they’ve been so responsive with all of my questions and issues.

I went there today with my daughter and we were given the best service. Aaron, went above and beyond on answering every questions we had in details, he made everything simple and easy to understand for my daughter who joined today because I referred her. I would recommend this place 100% and I give Aaron a 10 out of 10.

I just want to give Chana and Quadeara a big shout out. Thses two Professional women at there separate location treated my wife and i with excellent customer service. They both took there time to explain and show the different units sizes and go over rates.... We decided to rent a storage unit from Smart Stop...

I had a good experience with SmartStop. Chana was very helpful, patient, kind, and understanding, especially since this was on the last day of my lease and a stressful situation. She walked me through everything clearly and made the process much easier.

Great staff. Always ready and willing to help with anything I need or ask for. Jessie is the absolute best. She is very respectful and helpful. Jabriel is also very helpful and patient. These 2 are the best when it comes to renting out a storage. They make the process easy and very simple not to mention they make the process of storing my items very smooth. Great managers and facility to store your items at.

Jabril is the location manager at the storage place at 1360 McCarter Highway, Newark NJ. I am trying to coordinate a move involving my storage unit there. He has been incredible helpful, understanding, professional, friendly, and responsive. He has followed up with when he says he will. I am very impressed. The world could use more Jabrils. I am happy with the service I have gotten there.

I absolutely love the service here. Have been wit them for almost a year and 0 issues and amazing service. Jabriel has always been so kind and very helpful. Recommend this storage facility 100%!
