Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Roto rooter was exceptional in repair as well as response to some communication errors we had. When I addressed them they responded well and graciously and in a timely fashion. The work done to unclog the drains was quick and not intrusive. The person who came was very sweet and said what I was cooking smelled great and was just generally very helpful. I asked her to repark her van so as not to block in our neighbor and she did so promptly and sweetly. Great company - and this employee in particular (Van I believe?) was supreme. Very grateful. Thank you.

We had backups in 2 different toilets over the span of 2 days, RotoRooter came quickly and did an amazing job triaging the problem, overcoming some challenges in our old house, remediated the problem while keeping me in the loop before during and after each step. Very happy and impressive professionalism and attention to detail especially working out how our idiosyncratic plumbing system is laid out. Recommend to everyone
