I started seeing Sarah St. Cyr at Freedom Counseling a little over a year ago after having spent almost two years suffering from major depression and anxiety. I can not say enough good things about her and the job she's done! Sarah helped me to see that my depression/anxiety was mostly due to my own lack of self-worth and always basing my identity on what others thought about me, instead of on what God thought about me. Since I began seeing Sarah, my relationship with God has grown and deepened by leaps and bounds, and I'm able to move past those old feelings of worthlessness and no longer have the depression and anxiety that made me so miserable.
