I have been going to Frontier for about 10 years now. I can honestly say that without the Dr. Houser and Dr. Bloodgood my husky would not be alive. They have saved her life twice from obscure, difficult to diagnose disease. Dr, Houser helped her to walk again in after other vets in the area told me there was no hope for her. Today my husky is 9 years old. She is happy, and able to walk and even run some. I have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes they are very busy and that should be expected. You cannot plan an emergency. But they are always doing their very best for the animals. Thanks to all staff and Dr.s at the Frontier Vet Clinic for your service and care over the years. I will continue to take all my pets to them.
My wife and I just have been using Frontier for over 5 years now. It has always been the best experience we've ever had. They're customer focused, engaged and honest. Our go to Dr has been Dr. Houser and he has made the whole experience very customer focused and educational. His knowledge of animals, medicine and care have always been outstanding. Dr. Bloodgood was extremely personable and knowledgeable. I have a Westie (West Highland Terrier) who has sensitive skin and allergies. He was constantly itching and developed a yeast infection in his ears. I was afraid he was going deaf. He was given a shot for the itching and I was given an ointment to apply to his ear. It's been 2 days... no itching anywhere. My dog is happy and can hear everything!

We have used Big Country Vet Clinic for several years, and they have always been really amazing! They’re very dedicated about taking care of our cat and dog. We unexpectedly needed to board our cat and dog for several weeks, and everywhere we called was booked up. We called Big Country Vet and they were so accommodating! They worked with us, and were able to take both our cat and our dog on short notice. We’re so grateful for their gracious assistance! We highly recommend them!
Had an appt at 2:30pm and by like 2:35pm they came out to get us. At first I was hesitant about the “check in and wait from the car” thing, but I realized how seamless it made the process. No dogs barking at each other and getting hair everywhere in the waiting room. The entire parking lot was full, yet they moved so quickly and efficiently. The tech and vet were both super friendly. By far the cleanest, nicest vet I’ve ever been to!
I had my first visit with my feline bestie when she started acting oddly and pawing at her mouth. From the phone call to schedule the appointment to interacting with the Tech to the discussion with Dr. Walker about a surgical treatment plan, I was greeted with kindness and everyone was friendly and caring. The experience was great and I look forward to establishing a long relationship for continued care of my furry friend.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like we were getting the best care possible for my dog with kidney disease. They explained everything that was going on, how they were going to treat it and took the time to answer any question that I had. They even gave me a copy of Gingers blood work which I have never received before. I definitely recommend them!
This is absolutely the most caring Animal Hospital I have ever taken my dogs to. I travel for work and after coming here, I just keep bringing my dogs back. Everyone is so kind and patient with even my difficult dog. It's Worth the trip here everytime.
Everybody was super nice and very helpful. The vet tech was very knowledgeable and kept me up to date on my boy throughout the day! Highly recommend this clinic and will definitely be coming back for all my animals needs!
