I have had multiple sessions with David, and honestly his therapy sessions have increased my confidence and made me rethink how I felt about my anxiety entirely. I have had multiple therapists before, but David is the only therapist who has focused on my own issues rather than asking about the people in my life. I truly feel like I am getting the help I want and need from David, and he not only gives great advice but also provides information about forms of coping mechanisms to deal with anxiety and depression. I would definitely recommend David to others, because I feel like my anxiety and depression will be under control for the first time in a while. I am truly thankful to David and fully encourage anyone to try out a therapy session with him!

I’ve delayed seeking mental help because I was scared of the process. I thought therapists were a step up from used car salesmen. That may be the case, but not here with Mr. Saavedra. He’s been nothing but professional. If you’re thinking of getting help, I would say you are on the right path. Now all you need to do is call and see for you're self. You deserve it!

I’ve worked with David now on 2 separate occasions over a span of 10 years. He has helped tremendously with my anxiety and depression and OCD. I recommend Dr. saavedra to anyone struggling. He’s a great listener and patient when at times you feel completely lost.

When people say that someone has a heart of gold, they're referring to people like Heath Smith. I've sat in front of over half a dozen therapists over the last several years trying to find someone who could genuinely help me. Through depression and anxiety, major life changes, loss, love, career moves, and everything in between, Heath has been there to help me through it all. In my experience, many therapists do too much listening and don't provide enough tools to help their clients. Heath on the other hand, genuinely engages with you and provides authentic and useful tools to help get you through whatever issues you could be having. Additionally, I've never felt like I was being judged or treated by an emotionless robot. I'm able to be very human with him and he is very human with me. It's hard for me to find success in a setting that feels too clinical, and Heath provides a very comfortable environment for everyone who walks in his doors. After a few months of seeing him, I genuinely started getting relief from anxiety just by walking into his office. I've been seeing Heath for a year and a half now and will continue to be a patient of is for the foreseeable future. Outside of his office, he has reached out to check on me on numerous occasions when I was dealing with something particularly difficult. You will be genuinely cared for by this man and given the help you need. I recommend him to everyone that needs help and have personally recommended him to friends and family.
