She is a Tennessee Rule 31-certified Mediator and utilizes evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She addresses the mental health concerns of professional women, focusing on wellness, anxiety, and life transitions. Lou F. Martin is the executive director of the Christian Psychological Center (CPC). The mission of the Christian Psychological Center (CPC) is to bring mental health resources to underserved areas of the Memphis community.
