She is a Tennessee Rule 31 Listed Mediator and utilizes evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). She addresses the mental health needs of professional women, focusing on wellness, anxiety, and life transitions. Dr. Lou F. Martin serves as the Executive Director of the Christian Psychological Center (CPC). Their mission is to bring mental health resources to underserved areas of the Memphis community.”
