Amy’s been so great to work with. My favorite thing is while she’ll let you just talk if that’s what you want to do, she also can do EMDR/guided meditation/hypnosis/etc. I’ve found those processes have been what have actually helped me work through things and heal on a deeper level. Just talking may help me understand some things about myself, but doesn’t actually fix anything and gets frustrating after a while. The other tools Amy helps you learn have helped me go beyond just understanding things and work towards making changes and moving forward. I’m very grateful for her. She also often has sassy hair colors and her office always smells good.

I’m always greeted with an inviting, relaxing environment and a smile. I have always felt welcome and comfortable from day one. Mind Oasis is a safe space for Women and a place of healing. It has quickly become one of my favorite happy and safe spaces and look forward to my time with Amy. She does healing paint nights and guided imagery sessions at a local place of healing and relaxation that both accompany me on my journey and love having the option for those as well. It has been a wonderful space in which to heal and find myself again.

Amy is an amazing resource for women! She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about the well being of her clients. She's great for all walks of life, from just needing someone to guide you in relaxation techniques to a full on counselor to help with life's difficult situations and transitions. She's so easy to talk to, and connect with! She's a mom who understands life's craziness and upredictability and therefore is accommodating with schedule changes. You won't be disappointed in meeting with Amy.

I first found Nikki and her business through the positive words of a friend. At the time she has been a client and really found personal growth from her sessions and thought I could do the same. From the first phone call requesting information I was provided kindness and warmth. In attending sessions at this location I have never been disappointed by the service or the facility itself. There is a home like atmosphere when you walk in the door that brings comfort to your personal experience. The waiting room is always clean and with plenty of seating, the counselors are all welcoming, and it has a relaxing smell from the different aromatherapy diffusers. I encourage anyone who is looking to better their mental health or get through a rough patch in life to contact Nikki and her associates. You wont be disappointed.

I’m not quite sure how the stars aligned just right and I stumbled upon having Nikki as a counselor, but I am thankful every day for my luck! She cares about her patients, wants them to succeed, helps when they slip, and truly provides a safe environment to be unapologetically authentic. As cliche as it may sound, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without Nikki.

Nikki is an excellent therapist and one I would recommend to many. She listens intently and offers so many helpful suggestions. I look forward to my sessions with her. She helps me relieve so much stress and anxiety.

I shared what I was experiencing with deborah 2 months before I raised the money and went to see her. It was a different experience than traditional therapy sessions. She took time to hear me and was very thoughtful & professional at the same time. I highly recommend her! If you feel like you are dealing with a mental health issue don't hesitate to call.

Mrs. McKenna was amazing. I totally have been smoke free for 2 1/2 weeks and continually staying smoke free!! My second visit was about eating healthier and that is helping as well!! I highly recommend this process!! Excellent services and a very friendly environment.

I have known Deborah over 30 years. She has worked with me to quit smoking successfully more than 10 years ago now. She is wonderful at doing all she can so your time with her ends with a successful outcome.
