Everyone was so friendly and professional. They really cared about my not feeling well. They made me feel very comfortable by explaining all that they were doing. They were very compassionate. I would encourage anyone who didn't feel well to go there.

Very clean and well kept place. Everyone there was so nice and listened very well. Doctor knew what was wrong with my son and took some tests and gave him some medication to help it. My son is so happy. He wants to go to primary care there.

Urgent Care on north Knoxville is the BEST! Dr. Tami and all the employees are wonderful. Dr. Tami knows so much and really takes the time with you. I’ll be going there always for all my urgent care.

I have never had any health care visit anywhere that was as smooth and stress free!!! 5 stars to all!! Went in for care after not being able to reach my PCP. Had kidney stones, abnormal urinalysis, fever, chills and temperature. Having had a knee replacement in the past, I knew I need antibiotics. We were greeted promptly, taken back to room by MA and see by APN within a few minutes. She offered antibiotic therapy as well as initial dose of medication in form of injection. Prescription was sent promptly. I am already feeling better!! Thank you all.

Amazing customer service. This clinic was recommended to me by a close friend and they did not disappoint. I've only been in town for 7 weeks and when my 4 year old and 1 year old both got sick i took them here and they were seen almost immediately. The staff was very inviting, friendly and caring. I will be recommending them to other families.

I have had 2 visits there recently. Both times super quick and thorough. I saw a MD there I forget the name and a PA named Tiffany. She managed a complex follow up situation and I am very satisfied.
