I was a complete mess before working with Jessica. I have been struggling with deep depression, severe anxiety, and a lot of trauma. I have been in therapy my entire life, 25 years, but I never seemed to connect to any of the therapists I encountered. I have been going to Jessica for therapy for a little while now. I must say it is the first time that I feel like I am in a safe space, and I actually feel heard. She does a great job at helping me understand what I’m feeling. In addition, Jessica does an amazing job at untangling what feels to have been tangled for many years! Overall, I am very happy with my therapy sessions. I am very grateful that there are still great therapists like Jessica who actually care, and execute their job.

Jessica has provided a professional safe comfortable space for me to feel free to be vulnerable as well as capable of handling difficult situations. I have valued her genuineness and honesty since day one.
