Heather is a fantastic therapist! She made me feel so comfortable and had great insight into the struggles I was facing in my life. It's not always easy to seek out professional help, but I'm really glad I did. In a short amount of time, she was able to give me the tools I needed to work past some issues that had been holding me back for a long time and I'm a happier person because of it. Her rates are very reasonable and her office is a nice calming oasis that makes you feel at home. If you or anyone you know is considering therapy- Heather is a great choice!

After childhood trauma, military, police and business experience, I’ve received therapy from a variety of professionals. However, I give Orlando Thrive Therapy 5 stars because it’s been my best experience thus far. Courtney is phenomenal and the tools she’s provided me throughout our sessions helped increase my quality of life both professionally and personally. With those results, I don’t plan on stopping because I’m learning how the mind works which ultimately makes me a better leader for my business and family. I can also pass the knowledge down to loved ones. To sum it up, the most successful people in the world never stop being students, and with Courtney as my teacher, I’m gaining that mental edge and strength to take my business and family to the next level.
