Jon is the real deal. Hands down one of the best sessions I have ever had. I was out of town and needed some work done on my back. Jon took the time to ask the right questions and then got to work. Excellent massage! Jon is thorough and uses a variety of techniques. I was in alot of pain going in, most of which is chronic and had become inflamed. I left feeling significantly better and still do a couple days later. He takes his time and really understands the body and his craft. Usually trigger point release is painful but it wasn't with Jon and he got the job done. I will be back and highly recommend him! I left with some new insights about my body and tips to use at home.
