Daniel has a remarkable ability to help people understand and face the underlying factors of their own self-destructive behavior. He does so in a truthful and compassionate manner and you find yourself really wanting to make the process a success. His use of hypnosis allows you to break down your negative thought processes and replace them with a healthier way of thinking. In my case, I gained self-esteem and in doing so, I was able to lose weight and be more authentic on so many levels. You’ll know if this is right for you. I did, and it was.

I thought the insomnia would be the toughest thing to correct since I had been taking Ambien every night for 10 years. Amazingly, we cured that after two weeks. I sleep like a baby now and I feel so much healthier. I want to thank you for all of your help. What we accomplished far exceeded my expectations. I am a true believer in hypno therapy. I will be sending you many referrals.

I have a new set of eyes now and can start looking at the world from a new angle. Thank you for guiding me! I know there is more work to do, and I look forward to continuing this process with you. I was tempted to bail, walk, run away, because I was actually afraid of what I was going to find out. So glad I am staying in the game! Words cannot describe how grateful I am to find Jeff. I came into the session feeling overwhelmed and Jeff created a safe and welcoming environment. I was trying to get over some things from my childhood and he extended the session to hear everything I had to say. Jeff can really do wonders if you let him. After my session with Jeff, I immediately felt calm and confident. The pain disappeared and I felt lighter! I definitely have more work to do with him and super excited for my next session! Thank you so much Jeff!

I have tried many many avenues for years to get better with PTSD while some worked momentarily. Jeff's talents with hypnotherapy has removed one my biggest root in only ONE session. My daughter has been in therapy off and on for 7 years with various counselors/therapists. During that time, we struggled to find someone that she connected with and we saw very little improvement or growth. My daughter started seeing Jillian last year and there was finally a connection! She has since grown in leaps and bounds and is a totally different person, all for the better. Jillian has helped my daughter to feel empowered in her healing journey and we couldn’t be happier. We drive 45 minutes to see Jillian and will continue to do so.

We started seeing Jillian for my son because I felt her practice aligned with our values. My son has a few self regulation issues and he needed guidance processing 2020, as we all do! He has had less issues arising at school and although I feel he still has a way to go and I feel the work they are doing will be seen more in time.
