This was my first time getting a massage and I'm so glad I came here. The therapist took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for from the massage before we started. During thr massage, she was attentive and responsive to my feedback regarding pressure. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area and needing massage. I have multiple back issues that cause deep muscle tightness and pain. Being using massage therapy for over 20 years to control the pain and without a doubt, F4M is the absolute best place. I’ve had multiple therapists and never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for those of us that need this just to function.

Cindy performed the trigger point neuromuscular massage on me and it was amazing. I came in for issues with a pinched nerve and she listened to my complaints and walked me through the process so I was well informed and asked if I had any question. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed along with being extremely skilled. I have been to many massage therapy offices in Chattanooga as well as in other states and I can confidentially say that the massage I received from Cindy was the best message I have ever had.
