This was my first time getting a massage and I'm so glad I came here. The therapist took the time to listen to me and what I was looking for from the massage before we started. During thr massage, she was attentive and responsive to my feedback regarding pressure. I will definitely come back if I'm in the area and needing massage. I have multiple back issues that cause deep muscle tightness and pain. Being using massage therapy for over 20 years to control the pain and without a doubt, F4M is the absolute best place. I’ve had multiple therapists and never been disappointed. I highly recommend them for those of us that need this just to function.

I've had massages for relaxation but this time I was in pain. I was referred by my chiropractor. She said that she had recently visited and it was a very good experience, not like a typical massage. She was correct. It seemed more therapeutic and focused on areas that immediately gave me the relief I needed. I will definitely be a reoccurring patient.
