I have been going to Jolene at Massage Envy on Hanes Mall Blvd for a few years now. She is the best! She is so sweet and welcoming every time I’m there. She also hears my needs and adheres to them as best as she can every time. As far as the facility, it is great as well. Always clean and calm.

I had a great experience my first time here. I did an hour massage with Ryan. He knew just what I needed. Checkout was a little slow, maybe training but overall I’d recommend. It’s clean and peaceful inside! Parking can take a minute because it’s in a busy shopping center. Finding a close spot took some time.

Cirilo did a wonderful job! I loved that he listened to me. I asked for Swedish and if he found areas of issue he could work them, and he did that exactly. I love the location of this ME it was really nice, and the front desk staff were so friendly. Great experience I have no complaints!
