I have currently being going to this exact clinic for 3 years and the stuff is amazing and the counselors and the doctor is amazing as well! They help you in so many way not just with addiction, they have helped me with transportation as well to get back n forth when I have no had a ride to dose so they’re very understanding and I appreciate this place so so much if you were looking to go into treatment, this is the place that you should go. They are wonderful hands down!! Thank you Winston Salem comprehensive treatment center for all that you’ve done for me during my sobriety!

This program works if you work it. The staff, from the doctor all the way down to the receptionists, are kind, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. This is the only clinic I've been to that met me where I was at in my recovery and didn't make me feel less than. Then to top it off they used a grant to help me get my car legal, so that I could make my appointments and continue in my recovery. I highly recommend this clinic, no matter how many unsuccessful treatments and clinics you've had in the past. And good luck in your journey to a successful sobriety. God bless.

I have been at this clinic almost since it’s opening. There are not enough good things that I can say about this place. Everyone from the doctor, nurses, counselors, the assistant director to the director have all made a great impact on my life. This place has saved my life. Everyone is professional and has your recovery in mind. Can’t say enough good things about CTC of Winston Salem. I’m glad I’m a patient here. I’ve been to several clinics and this is by far the best one!

Dr. Carty is the absolute best and most thorough Dr. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing. He listens, he is caring. He is my primary care Dr. If I’m having issues, he will do what he can to diagnose and get to the root of the issue. Out of 5 Drs I seen within 3 months, when I first started seeing Dr Carty, HE was the one who did the work and found out what was going on with me. Very intelligent man. I’m grateful to have him as my Dr. Toyann, she is absolutely amazing! She does her job and does it right, very kind and welcoming. I would recommend them to anyone in need of help and wants to better their lives and to anyone needing a top notch primary care Dr.

Dr. Carty and Toyann are absolutely amazing. I have been with them for about 4 years now and I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for addiction or internal medicine. They are 100 percent more than fair and anyone will do more than fine if you follow your program. Thank you Dr. Carty and Toyann for excellent service.

I'm in no way or form suffering from substance abuse, but I work in the area and happen to stumble upon this place when I was suffering from a severe manic episode caused by coworkers and my job itself. The counselors who they had on staff that day were very kind, caring, and compassionate, and did everything that they could to calm me down. I forgot their names, because it has been weeks since this had happened, but they were sweet people and I appreciate them wholeheartedly for going out of their way to help me! The world needs more people and facilities like this!

Literally this place saved my life, the staff is awesome as long as you keep it real with them, don't try to go behind their back to beat the UDS, groups are amazing. Stacey and Caitlin are awesome as well as the other new nurses, counselors are good too.

My husband and I's life was saved by this place. We would both be dead. We love this place. The staff is amazing. This is the place I met my husband. I can't imagine life without them both . Insight will help you if you let it.
