The technician my daughter had today for braces was Emma and she was so nice and knowledgeable. She made my daughter and feel secure about the process and it went by so quickly. And thank you Dr. Wood, at first we thought my daughter needed 4 molars removed but now thankfully, looks like we are keeping them to help her smile complete! Also Ms. Jessica is amazing and very good at getting back to us parents! The communication here is very good I must say. I also appreciate the Latino young lady at the check in desk and the blonde young lady that sits beside her, they make you feel heard and they make getting in and out a breeze. It’s also very clean here and we like that they play music.

Wonderful first impression. The intake imaging assistant confidently talked through what was happening and about the new tech. I was impressed by the digital dental scanner. The atmosphere and staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease.

Kind, pleasant service. The staff is helpful and inviting. Dr. Woods & his staff is personable and explains the stages and prognosis of our child's braces.

My family and I always have a great experience. It honestly starts when you first walk in the front door. The staff always have a smile on their face and are very welcoming. I would highly recommend this office.

Emily at the front desk is very helpful and she is always a pleasure to work with! Lane and Associates on Picadillay Drive in Winston Salem Nc is literally one of the best offices out there.

They are super sweet here! They are very detailed, explain things as they go so I know what’s going on, and do what’s best for me in the moment. Highly recommend.
