The sales team was attentive to my requirements and helpful where my budget was concerned, but what really stood out was my delivery team. The delivery crew spotted a small rip in the fabric of my adjustable bed frame and immediately set the wheels in motion to make sure we got the issue documented and resolved quickly. They also left the base with me until the replacement arrived so I has somewhere to sleep. Back to the sales team - the replacement came the NEXT DAY! Thank you, Mattress Firm! Highly recommend.

As a person who can usually tell if a sales person is simply in it for sale and will say anything to get it, I can honestly say Daren is not one of them. He provided the perfect balance of professionalism and a relaxed sales approach necessary for me to be comfortable making such a large purchase.
