The item that I needed to buy wasn’t in stock in the store, and it was important that I get it as soon as possible. Rather than make me wait a week for the item to come in, they were willing to sell me the floor model for a discounted price. I’m very grateful to them. That kind of service is what builds customer loyalty and earns a great reputation.

James was an excellent salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The store had a great selection of mattresses and nice sales going on at the time. We got exactly what we needed, and they’re delivering it in a few days!! Very satisfied customer.
