Mattress Firm Westport Road

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Louisville. I was in need of a king-sized platform bed frame the same day. The manager was able to get me a frame and apply any eligible discount. I did have to drive to the Mattress Firm warehouse just a few miles down the road; otherwise, they would have delivered the frame within a few days. The gentleman at the warehouse loaded the boxes frame into my car for me. I had a very positive experience from beginning to end.

Antoine was amazing! Super knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. He took the time to figure out our needs, explain the benefits of each mattress, as well as making his own recommendations. We didn’t feel pressured like some other furniture and mattress shops. If you’re going in, call ahead and ask if he’s there! Mattress firm definitely gained two life time customers today.

I was very pleased with the sleep expert that helped me today (Tyler). He was very knowledgeable about bedding and very helpful in helping me select what I was looking for. I’m really excited about getting a new bed. I would recommend Mattress Firm if you’re looking for a mattress, etc. and they are reasonable.
