We came in to the process of having a home built more than half way complete when we meet Matt Barry. He was helpful in showing us the types of builds that they had to offer and worked well with our realtor Kim Kraft. Once we settled on which of the models that they were already in process of building we met Derrick Winkler who made sure that we had weekly updates and that every step of the way we knew what was going on with the house. Even when we wanted to come in and measure for curtains he was more than happy to make sure we had access to the house and helped with any questions that we had. If this is what the process was like and we only got to experience the last half of the build then I would be happy to say that the next time we are thinking about getting another house then we will look into having one built by Arbor and Elite Homes.
My wife and I went to the Elite Arbor Homes design center in Middletown to design our Arbor Home. We had a wonderful experience. Haley Muller was very friendly and helpful. She explained our options thoroughly and answered all our questions.

I worked with P.L. Lyons to completely renovate a client’s home from top to bottom. All along the way, the team of Perry, Ben and Adam were patient and guided my client to sound decisions concerning her home. With her old house surprises abounded but we’re anticipated by P.L. Lyons and explained in very understandable terms. I would recommend them for any building project be it new construction or complete renovation. These guys are great!
