What a great experience! My Mom needed a new bed, and decided to check into a Tempur Pedic, so we went to Sleep Outfitters to see what they had. We met Brian who was fantastic!! He was very informative, told Mom all about the different features of different beds and the prices of each one. He was not pushy at all and was very helpful. She made her decision and Brian explained the delivery and set up process. Everything happened EXACTLY how he said it would. They called the night before to confirm a delivery time, then called on the delivery date to see if it was OK to come earlier as they had a reschedule. It was such an easy and pleasant process! We will purchase from Brian again and I will definitely be recommending him and Sleep Outfitters.

Brian is the best! He talked us through all the options for beds and helped us pick the best bed for us as side sleepers. He was great at steering us in the right direction, listening to what we liked and then steering us to a better quality bed with the same feel. Totally rocked it.
