We had a wonderful experience at Lexington overstock warehouse. Jacob was a very wonderful person to work with at the warehouse. We were helping to buy furniture for our neighbor, moving into an assisted living facility in the area. While the store was shortstaffed, that day, service did not suffer, and he made sure everybody was seen and spoke to. He helped multiple people out also helping another person at the same time. We are very grateful for here and the furniture looks beautiful in our family members assisted-living facility.
I would definitely give Caleb a 5 + star review. He was very informative and professional. A true class act. Patient and kind, as we were trying to decide which was the best selection for us. Every person that walked through the door he acknowledged and welcomed them in all while he was attending to our needs as well. It is very hard to find great customer service these days but Caleb went above and beyond not only to us but everyone he came into contact with feel welcomed and to us that’s huge! We will define back for future purchases. Great job Caleb and Lexington Overstock! We are impressed!
I came in today just looking and getting ideas for a chair to put in my living room. I was deciding between two models and the staff there helped me narrow down my options and measure to ensure it would fit in my space, and even gave me a discount on the floor model! My husband and I are not “first-timers” at a furniture store. We were somewhat expecting a high-pressure salesperson to make the experience unpleasant. We were pleasantly surprised to meet Chris and Rob who helped us without pressure, providing helpful information and insight into the options available. They did a great job!!
I first talked to Ryan Stocker on the phone about bedroom furniture- I knew what I wanted and he took the time to look around the floor to see what they had that fit my parameters. He gave me the names of the collections and I was then able to look online. When I went to the store two days later (I knew he’d be working) he showed me another set that was closer to the style I wanted and he worked it out so I got a great price, too! I appreciated Ryan’s easy but service-oriented attitude which is the reason i specifically wanted him to assist me. Thank you so much!
We went to the store after looking online to get an idea of what we wanted, to see it in person and order it. We were greeted by Nick and worked with him through the purchasing process. He gave us great insight based on our family and what we were looking for, was very patient, and pleasant to work with. My husband and I were shopping for a new big man recliner. I fully expected our day to be long and tiring. The first stop was at La-Z-Boy. We were greeted by a friendly gentleman who showed us to the area with the recliners we wanted. He left us to sit in and examine each of the models. To our surprise, we found one we both liked, it was on sale and we purchased it! Our shopping was over! And it was in stock so we get it next week! We own other La-Z-Boy pieces and we are pleased with the quality. Therefore, we are looking forward to many years of satisfaction.
