After visiting other stores like Lowe’s, At Home, Walmart, and Home Depot, it was clear that Ashley’s outdoor furniture was superior in quality and value. Stephanie’s detailed explanation of how the product was made really helped us see the difference. In the end, we got more seating for just a few hundred dollars more than the smaller sets at other stores. The quality and durability made it well worth it! Rob was outstanding, he listened to what we were looking for and showed us exactly what we asked for. He also explained in detail how it was made and the warranty that comes with it. He was great. This is the set we bought, along with 2 end tables.

I was met at the door by Tracy Toney. She was very helpful in asking what i was seeking. She showed me to the area where the chairs were located that I was looking for. There were 4 different styles, all setting together, and she wanted me to sit in and try them all. She gave me plenty of time to look them over and choose the one that was right for me. I got the chair that I wanted, and she was beyond and above very helpful. Great store, excellent service. I highly recommend the La-Z-Boy furniture gallery.

Logan McKinney was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful as a salesperson. It was a low-key and low pressure experience. He is a reflects well on the excellent reputation of La-Z-Boy and my own personal experience with their excellent products over many years. I often say that customer service is a dying art but that does not apply to this store. Keep up the good work.

We bought a pair of recliners and all went well. Then almost 2 weeks after they were delivered we had an issue with one of them. It has now been repaired free of charge and all is well. They stood behind their product. It would have been nice if the repair process could have been a little faster.
