Customer service all the way around was great. We appreciated the communications we received from Daisy about the status of our order and then from the delivery team was just appreciated. Buy at The Mattress Company!!! Any place else is a waste of your time and money. The salesman, Nathan Torbet, knew exactly what mattress I needed by listening to me. I asked a lot of obscure questions, I had a lot of eco-friendly mattress concerns, I had a lot of pain complaints, and I was very obnoxious and downright impossible! He knew his stuff and directed me to an awesome mattress! Best sleep ever.
