I started doing Tutoring back in September of 2024. And that’s when I met Laura my current tutor now. I have had much joy, success, and gratitude having her tutor me and walk me through Algebra concepts/topics and mathematics. She’s very direct and concise in her teaching style, always offers and has a lot of visual learning tools on hand, and is very patient in how she goes about explaining the concepts and topics she’s talking about. Most of the time if there’s some struggle in how to explain a certain topic, she will find a better or more inventive way to explain or look at the topic that’s being discussed. All if which has been very helpful and crucial to me. She’s very attentive, always open to new changes that need or want to be changed, and she’s been very sweet and supportive. My son is really advanced in math, he just turned 5 last month and already knows all his times tables. He has a thirst for knowledge and I just couldn't keep up with him. He kept asking me about how to do fractions on the calculator and about algebra. I just felt he needed a tutor and a friend told me about Mathnasium and is loving it! He is getting all his questions answered and filling in the gaps I didn't know he had. We love this place.
